About the job

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2023 Chemistry Graduate Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader in the agriculture industry. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, community, performance, and innovation. With a tailored learning approach, you will work closely with our Product Development Team in the laboratory and learn all of the ins and outs of working as a Product Development Chemist in the agricultural industry.

Commencing in February 2023, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

Designed to broaden your knowledge of how an agribusiness operates the 24-month program includes:

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, our Nutrien Ag Solutions Chemistry Graduate will continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full time capacity.

To be considered for the 2023 Chemistry Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2022 (or no longer than 3 years ago) and demonstrate a passion for the agricultural industry. You will in addition:

• Be a Bachelor of Science or Chemistry Graduate, preferably majoring in organic chemistry and/or analytical chemistry
• Be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in the laboratory environment
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• A willingness to learn
• Proactive approach to work and learning
• Ability to follow analytical procedures and instructions
• Strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
