Role Summary 

To support the  Sales Manager with quotations, customer visits and generate Sales. Leading to driving sales growth through developing new customers.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Search out customer leads through cold calling, social media, existing growers
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with excellent reports on growers needs, problems, interests and competitor activities in the market place
  • Assist in marketing and strategic planning for the region
  • Maintain the highest standard and accuracy in quoting and presentation
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.

 

Secondary Responsibilities

  • New customer sales development support to create a higher win rate between new customer enquiries and order conversion.
  • Achieve annual Goals in line with Company objectives.
  • Identify and attend relevant training.
  • To maintain the core values of Haygrove
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

 

Qualifications

  • Appropriate Degree or further education
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Passport
