About the role

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to join the B&W Rural Goondiwindi team on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for the co-ordination of operations, logistics and administration for a progressive Agricultural Chemical and Merchandise business.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of logistics for farm inputs including chemical, fertiliser and seed
• Working with the branch manager to fine tune and implement administration, compliance systems and business plans and strategy
• Support Branch Manager in the co-ordination of day-to-day operations of a fast paced customer focused business
• Following up customer enquiries and deliveries
• Monitoring stock levels and inventory
• Supporting close knit team to ensure seamless results for clients in areas of administration, finance and logistics

About you

• Administration, logistics and/or finance experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Suite
• A strong communicator with appreciation of quality customer service
• Driven and Self motivated
• Degree in Business, finance or related field (desired) or relevant demonstrated experience.
