Beef Herdsperson

Hiring for beef cattle herdsperson.

Must have knowledge of handling cattle, artificial insemenating, completion of general daily cattle activities and duties such as mixing TMR, cleaning pens, bedding pens, evaluating cattle for signs of calving and sickness, calving out cows and heifers and all other tasks that are involved in running a beef cattle operation.  

Canidate must me a good communicator, follow instructions, self motivated, able to work independently, task orientated , and who shares the same passion and goals for a successful herd as the owner of the herd.

This is a multi-breed stock operation that requires detailed record keeping, cattle identification, completing tasks necessary for registering cattle and maintaining registration papers.  This individual needs to be a partner, not just an employee. For the right individual, the option to maintain and grow you own cattle herd within the daily operations of this herd is an option to be considered.
