Lead and drive the performance of our Alice Springs branch. This opportunity is well suited for a real estate or insurance specialist with a strong business acumen, who is looking to step into a leadership role, or an individual with a background in leading a team and managing sales performance.

 

Your day will look like:

Reporting to the General Manager, the focus of your role will be to drive, develop and lead the Alice Springs team and increase our property sales and client list.  You will provide leadership to branch employees with a focus on real estate whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets.  You will mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in branch and at their properties. You will keep up to date with market trends, property values and demographics to produce informed property analysis, budgets and values for clients and to assist with property values for leasing with the sales department when required. You will have oversight of all branch activities including safety, quality and the overall presentation of the branch to ensure we are upholding the highest standards.

 

What we’d love to see from you:

You must demonstrate strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in real estate sales and/or insurance. Ideally you will have an understanding of the agricultural industry and the community in Alice Springs. You will be self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of the branch operations. You will demonstrate success developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders and be able to identify opportunities to develop new business.  A full drivers’ licence is required.
