About the role

Implement programs for market development and technical positioning of the clients portfolio in the field in line with business end user and influencer strategy. Support the Territory Manager - Broadacre Specialists with technical information, training, demonstration and complaint resolution support in order to meet or exceed sales goals and reducing liability costs whilst maintaining technical integrity of products in the market.

Responsibilities

• On ground development of new markets, initiation and coordination of demonstration programs to support sales and marketing objectives in a defined territory
• Facilitate the introduction and launch transition of our clients products into the market
• Support and develop Broadacre Specialists in the defined territory
• Liaise with and deliver training activities to Broadacre Specialists
• Working with Broadacre Specialists to deliver training activities, market preparation and uptake of innovation products
• Provide product information, label updates, and technical results to identified key contacts and Broadacre Specialists
• Develop protocols and initiate trials to answer product use questions.
• Develop strong networks and relationships with key end-user influencers within the defined territory

Education / Experience / Skills 

• Bachelor of Agricultural Science/Agronomy or equivalent/relevant technical experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Ability to interpret and convert technical data to promote technology and products
