Casual Field Service Technician

We have a casual position available in a field service role. The successful person will be responsible for the servicing and installation of dairy plant and irrigation equipment, located in the Smithton region. 

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, the focus of your role will be to effectively ser vice the region and build relationships in the area.

About the opportunity:

You will provide high quality dairy and irrigation services that exceed the expectations of Nutrien customers, whilst using modern electrical practices that enable the company’s products and systems to comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.

About You:

• Qualifications as a fitter/welder or similar trade not essential but preferred
• Knowledge of dairy machinery & irrigation equipment not essential but preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Be able to work unsupervised
• A current drivers licence
• The ability to work as part of a team
