About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Property Coordinator to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

An Elders' Corporate Property Coordinator works with key stakeholders from across the business to support the relocation of a branch to a new premises, maintain central data registries relating to Elders' property portfolio and help drive upgrades to Elders' sites to ensure a sustainable workplace.

This is a broad role with variety and exposure across an interesting, horizontally integrated business, giving you the opportunity to learn and deliver positive change in different areas of the business, at a variety of levels.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Property Coordinator you will:

• Assist branches with relocation to a new premises, including the handback of existing premises, fulfillment of makegood obligations and communication with key internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries of new furniture, appliances, signage, information technology equipment etc.
• Adhere to relocation checklists and guidelines
• Maintain central registries of relevant property data, including fuel and electricity usage, water usage and waste management
• Participate in or lead other business support projects or initiatives
• Build networks across geographical and functional teams to identify proactive opportunities for Elders

About you

To succeed at Elders, you have:

• Experience in commercial property management (desirable)
• Clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well with diverse teams, roles and levels of management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
