Description
We currently have an opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join our Credit team based out of our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane.
A typical day in this role may look like:
This diverse and rewarding role involves daily banking and allocation of payments reconciliations, payment plan negotiations and monitoring held orders. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the business and liaise with customers, handling and resolving queries in a timely manner. You will contribute to month end processes including account reconciliations and report generation.
What we’ll love about you:
To be successful you must demonstrate previous AR/credit experience in a large business ideally gained within a high-volume retail, FMCG business and experience with the efficient and timely management of accounts. You will demonstrate strong time management skills with high ability to meet deadlines, proven analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong desire to improve efficiency and contribute to team objectives. This role will suit and experience AR/Collections professional who is comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of an organisation and someone who is self-motivated and gains satisfaction from achieving individual targets. SAP experience will be highly regarded.
