About the Company

Our client is a market leader in the product development and life cycle management of high-quality niche crop protection products delivered to the booming Australian agricultural industry.  

Responsibilities

• Serve as the interface between supply chain, retailers, transport carriers and customers
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Notify customers of any delays in the delivery schedule and liaise with all parties to arrange alternative delivery slots
• Customer order entry and invoicing
• Focus on providing outstanding customer service and relationship building
• Assist with resolution of warehouse issues, including stock counts and stock reports
• Data Entry, spreadsheet creation, report generation
• General office administrative duties as and when required
• Ensuring compliance with applicable Company HSE and performance standards

Education / Experience / Skills 

• This is a hands-on role and very customer orientated" role 
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where prioritising workload and delivering to deadlines is a must
• High attention to detail with diligent customer service skills
• Work independently, taking ownership of issues, including accurate record management and tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from both internal and external customers
• Proficiency in a range of software applications (preferably Excel & QAD) would be an added advantage
