About the role

Management of supply chain, operations and administration of OFP Depots including warehousing, carton erecting and dispatch to fulfill customer orders.  Overall management of equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics and administration. 

Responsibilities

• Manage erecting employees operating carton erecting machines in safe and productive manner (via erecting agent or staff)
• Specific Workplace Health, Safety & Environment responsibilities
• Manage the receiving and processing of orders from Customers
• Maintain stock levels
• Managing SLA with Erecting Agents
• Working in an isolated regional area

Education / Experience / Skills 

• Office administration including medium level word/excel skills 
• Strong internal and external customer service skills
• Ability to understand financial data in relation to productivity and cost 
• Knowledge of SAP or similar system would be an advantage
• A mechanical aptitude would also be a strong advantage
• Strong Leadership skills and integrity to work and motivate personnel  
• Ability to work and manage autonomously 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
