About the role

The Field Services Manager is accountable for working with and across regions to deliver Farm and Packhouse Operational excellence through improved Harvest Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Field Services requirements as applicable to the position
• Manage and lead a cohesive team that reflects the company’s values
• Management of communications with all other relevant departments to achieve a delivery of product to customers that is on-time and in specification
• Support operational budget build including capital plans
• Actively participate in cross functional post-season reviews and pre-season planning

Education / Experience / Skills 

• Tertiary qualification (preferred) in at least one (1) of the following: Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Food Services
• Minimum five (5) years Operational Management
• Farming / Logistics operations management
• Crop, people and asset scheduling
• Fleet equipment maintenance coordination
