We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for an Accountant/Analyst to join our IT team based in Docklands, Melbourne.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the successful management of our accounting functions for the IT team

In addition, you will.

• Complete month end analysis and reporting responsibilities
• Create Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Work with key stakeholders (both internal & external) to achieve the optimal outcome for the business
• Support the PMO and PMs to deliver key business objectives
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as required

About You:

To be successful, you have demonstrated the following:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting (Highly desirable)
• An understanding of accounting and/or finance
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to identify improvements and changes where needed
