About the Company
Our client, an established reseller business in the agribusiness field, supplies a wide range of agronomy services, agchemicals, fertiliser and general rural merchandise and is highly respected in the industry.
About the role
A unique opportunity is available for a recent graduate to join this exciting team. As a graduate you will be exposed to all parts of the business starting with front counter responsibilities and eventually be trained to provide accurate advice to key clients on farm management and agronomic practices, all of which are designed to add value to the sale of agchemicals, fertiliser and other products. As a sales agronomist, you will service broadacre clients in some of Australia’s more reliable cropping areas with full support and ranging from all the key commodity and R&D companies.
Education / Experience / Skills
To be successful in this role you must have a commitment to achieving team goals and dedication to customer service. You will be self-motivated, reliable, capable of working unsupervised with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in agriculture are essential, complemented by experience with broadacre cropping systems and pasture management.
