Avonbank is an Ag equipment dealer and authorized Lely Center based out of Listowel and Granton ON. Our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality product solutions and services to enhance the profitability, efficiency and lifestyle on their farm. We are currently seeking to fill Lely Service & Support Technician positions to serve our dairy customer base throughout Southwestern Ontario.
The successful candidate will be provided all Lely training required to install, service and maintain automated barn solutions including Lely Astronaut robotic milking systems, Vector feeding systems, Juno Feed pushers and Lely Discovery barn cleaning equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dairy industry knowledge preferred.
Previous experience with Lely products is considered an asset.
Previous experience in the service and maintenance of automated dairy equipment.
Demonstrates strong mechanical skills with experience working with electronic controls.
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
Ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment in a time-effective manner.
Must have strong organizational & time management skills.
Strong computer and literacy skills.
Must posses a valid G drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work on 24 hour 7 days a week on-call rotation.
Willing to work overtime hours if required.
