We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Kwinana Beach team.

About the opportunity:

This is a full time, permanent position reporting to the Operations Manager Fertiliser WA.

You will be responsible for managing the overall order process, including the generation, organisation, and subsequent documentation of day-to-day processes, as well as the receival of high value imported product into stock. In this role you will proactively coordinate state-wide stock movements to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner so our contract obligations can be met.

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Accounts, and Sales teams to better reflect movements as part of larger company requirements and – on occasion – will assist with Customer Service functions as required by the Operations Manager or Customer Service Manager.

About you:

To be successful you’ll have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a large distribution centre or warehouse. You’ll have a high level of PC literacy, and ideally have an interest in farming, and/or agriculture. You will be a self-motivated person capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving with the ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast-paced environment. You will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our business and your previous experience using SAP and SAGE ERP systems will be highly regarded.
