OVERVIEW

Watts & Associates, an economic consulting firm, is seeking a Crop Insurance, Grain Marketing, and Government Program Education and Sales Training Consultant to work with AIP and Agency Sales Managers and their Agents.
 

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Self-motivation to work from a home office, collaborating with peers and customers in fast-paced digital work environment and in-person meetings.
• Passion for helping those who help business owners take less risk and make more revenue. Someone who excels at motivating and equipping sales managers and agents with resources and training to confidently convey the value of high level policies
• Experienced in (or deep understanding of) modern Federal Crop Insurance, private insurance products, and multiple forms of cash grain contracts and futures and options strategies available to producers so you can create and disseminate training resources.
• Exceptional communication skills; a desirable candidate will be well-spoken and polished at creating & delivering presentations.
• Able & willing to travel as needed (<2% during COVID; was 30-50% pre-COVID); expenses reimbursed.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BS/BA or higher.
• Experience: 5 years in three of more of the following: 

• Crop Insurance Sales
• Agent Services
• Sales management
• Sales & Product Training
• Grain Origination
• Grain Marketing
• Training Leadership Responsibilities
