This is an entry level role into the business and offers successful candidates the chance to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the livestock activity while obtaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Training will be offered in key areas including:

• Providing professional service and support to all clients, suppliers and the business
• Safe handling of animals
• Identifying customers’ needs and ensuring these are met during and after the sale
• Improve the return from livestock activities through by marketing the full portfolio of livestock marketing products and services offered by Nutrien Ag Solutions

Applicants must have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong negotiation abilities and will also demonstrate:

• Completion of Year 12
• Minimum of at least 12 months working in the Agriculture or similar industry
• Current motor vehicle license
• Willingness to relocate to various locations throughout Western Australia
• Demonstrate initiative and be keen to learn
• Reliable with a good work ethic

Successful candidates will ideally join Nutrien Ag Solutions in September 2022 to gain valuable industry working experience prior to commencing the Traineeship in January 2023.
