As we are in the exciting position of experiencing growth, we are currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced and licenced Property Manager to join our SAL Real Estate team at Mount Gambier.

About the role:

Reporting to the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for successful management of the property portfolio, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals. You will have full autonomy over your portfolio and this includes continuously looking for ways to build the rent roll, increase efficiencies and exceed customer expectations. Your varied responsibilities will include:

• Proving the highest level of customer service to our clients
• Business development activities
• Leasing property - in goings and vacates
• Dealing with repairs and maintenance
• Conducting routine inspections
• Tenant liaison, landlord management and arrears management
• Adhere to best practice, compliance and legislative requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate experience in a property management position and also hold a current Property Managers license for South Australia. Together with a strong focus on developing and maintaining positive client relationships.  You will possess:

• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, internet and a general Microsoft knowledge
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• You will follow through and demonstrate values of integrity and honesty

Attendance to company training, as required, which may involve travel.  You will have a current Drivers’ License and your own vehicle and be willing to travel to other SAL locations throughout the South East of South Australia.
