REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Based in Winnipeg, BrettYoung has locations throughout Western Canada and Ontario.

We are currently seeking a Seed Solutions Regional Account Manager in Winnipeg who has a passion for building and leading. You will work both from the head office and remotely with the BrettYoung team to market a broad offering of forage and turf seed products to an established international customer base with opportunity to grow new relationships in Canada, the US and beyond.  Other responsibilities include managing customer receivables, keeping informed about market trends, and new techniques and technologies in the industry.

Skills & Education

A post-secondary education in Agriculture, Business Management/Marketing is preferred but consideration to other relevant streams will be given.  Strong candidates will also have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales or marketing.  You believe in collaboration, excel at building relationships, and can work effectively within a strong team environment.  You are results oriented, highly organized and have strong time management skills.  Forage and turf industry knowledge is ideal though not compulsory.  The ability and willingness to travel within Canada and internationally is required.
