We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for a Rural Finance Manager to join our team in Southeast Queensland and support our finance team to take the growth of the portfolio to the next level.

A typical day in this role may look like:

Reporting to the Region Finance Lead, your role will be varied with no day the same, and will be responsible for a range of different activities including:

• Operationally focused to implement a business plan that delivers a high level of profitable growth
• High standard of engagement and business partnering with the Central NSW branch network
• Strong analytical and agribusiness industry credit skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Communication and promotion of the Nutrien Finance products
• Ensure compliance and credit risk measures are adhered to
• Aspire to continue to build a business and grow your portfolio

What we’ll love about you:

To be successful you will possess proven experience in sales and business development ideally within the agribusiness sector and the ability to engage a network in delivering the finance products to the customers. In addition, you will be:

• Highly commercially focused and driven to achieve financial outcomes
• Goal orientated
• Able to travel regionally within the network
• Passionate about the agricultural industry
• Experience in the retail or agricultural sectors
• Full drivers’ licence
