About the role:

Reporting to the Real Estate Operations Manager you will be responsible for listing and selling prestige lifestyle properties throughout regional Victoria. Your business plan will include targets for growth in key regional areas. This role involves frequent regional travel when restrictions allow.

You will also:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive client database
• Develop a communication plan and utilise CRM tools (Vault) to execute the plan
• Input property appraisal data into the CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer experiences to vendors and purchasers
• Prepare detailed marketing submissions and property advertising content.
• Manage property access for valuers, building inspectors, photographers etc.
• Negotiate market-leading property advertising budgets with vendor clients
• Manage vendor contribution and property marketing expenditure
• Achieve commission revenue targets in line with personal annual business plan

About You:

To be successful you must demonstrate proven track record of lifestyle property sales. You will also bring:

• An unblemished record of at least 10 years in property sales
• Considerable experience in handing multiple-offer property sales
• Ability to develop and deliver a personal annual business plan
• Commercial acumen and negotiating skills
• Credibility in dealing with high net-worth individuals and companies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An unrestricted Estate Agent Licence (Victoria)
• A Driver license (Victoria)
• A strong understanding of real estate legislation and compliance, with a commitment to the highest ethical standards

An incentive-based remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
