We are currently seeking a driven Sales & Administration Support to provide support to our livestock clients in Katanning, WA. What a great place to learn and develop your career!

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Livestock Administration Manager, this role is responsible for providing sales and administration support including:

• Processing livestock sales and administration; commercial, stud auction and clearing sales
• Perform all aspects of livestock administration including advertising for the preparation of on-farm sale; signage, brochures, ad-hoc collateral
• Managing vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all livestock transactions
• Maintaining safety processes

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes 
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
