We are currently seeking a super-efficient Sales Support & Administration professional to join our Echuca team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing livestock administration and sales support including:

• Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, debtors, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
• Processing Livestock sales; cattle sales & private sales
• Managing vendor and purchaser accounts including reconciliation and debt collection
• Assist with customer account inquires promptly 
• Adhering to safety
• Support the Merchandise Manager with processing and administration
• Key contact for finance accounts
• Branch monthly reporting

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
• Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Able to work efficiently and unassisted
