We are currently in search of a

SEED SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

This role will consist of: 

• Developing and maintaining Snobelen Farm’s seed distribution network
• Driving strategic plan development for new business
• Leading and mentoring a sales team while establishing targets and ensuring they are met
• Supporting our retail and wholesale accounts with agronomic needs
• Providing regular Forecasting and Budgeting of Seed Business
• Providing exceptional Customer Service
• Leading our Seed Variety Development and New Promotional Objectives

Skills Required:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Customer interaction and relationship building
• Leadership & Motivation 
• Drive for improving productivity and efficiency
• Pesticide Vendor Certificate or ability to obtain
• Certified Crop Advisor status or ability to obtain
• Proven Sales Experience
