About the role

We are looking for x2 Senior Business Analysts to join the growing team on a fixed-term contract in Adelaide. As a business analyst, you will be responsible for acting as the pivot or intermediary between end-users and IT to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered in new solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Facilitating and leading discussions with project and business stakeholders to map as-is and to-be processes and procedures
• Performing gap analysis on as-is and to-be and documenting risks
• Analysing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage and define requirements and user stories including acceptance criteria
• Developing plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user-friendliness of the system
• Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation.

About you:

• Capable of defining and communicating business analysis best practice
• Provide guidance and training to the team - leading by example
• Capable of working in a complex program environment with limited oversight
• Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps / Jira / and/or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of financial / supply chain/commerce ERPs processes
• Relevant tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering or Economics are desirable
• Recognised Business Analyst qualification
