We are currently seeking a driven Truck Driver, Store Person & Sales Support person to support our rural clients at our Humpty Doo branch. What a great place to learn and develop your career!

A typical day may look like:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for operation of the branch truck for customer deliveries. Key roles will also include ensuring orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on time, as well as providing sales support in the branch. Tasks are varied and will include:

• Operation of HR truck for on-farm deliveries
• Maintaining trucks and equipment
• Unloading stock from trucks with a forklift and truck mounted crane
• Check and receive stock in and out of store
• Maintain the presentation of the show room, warehouse and yard and keeping shelves full of product for display and sale
• Maintaining safety processes
• Assist customers with product queries
• Performing general administrative tasks including, stock control, receipting, dispatch, and delivery of goods

What we'll love about you:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• HR truck licence, Forklift licence and drivers’ licence is essential
• Ability to operate truck-mounted crane ideal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
