Floraco Pty Ltd is the largest and most productive fresh flower grower in Western Australia.


We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team, assisting the Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of our rose department on a day to day basis.


Floraco prides itself on a reputation for quality and professionalism.


With this in mind we are looking for an enthusiastic person who is prepared to have a hands-on approach working within a challenging floriculture crop.


The successful applicant will be assisting the day-to-day running of the department, reaching productivity targets all whilst maintaining top quality production. Suitability for the appointment to this role will be based on the ability to work smart, fast and efficiently. Strong communication skills, reliability, commitment and good health are a must. Applicants should possess passion and pride for their work; have both commitment and dedication in all that they do.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cut Flower growing, harvesting and crop maintenance activities
  • Assisting and following directions from the Production  Manager
  • Day to day supervision of Nursery Hands within your department
  • Maintaining acceptable hygiene levels within your glasshouse and using various chemicals to control pests and diseases


The successful applicant will require:

  • Good communication skills
  • Be comfortable giving directions to their team as well as taking directions from the Managers
  • Possess passion, pride, commitment and dedication to their work
  • Be committed to taking 100% ownership of their set tasks
  • Be fluent in English and in good health
  • Rotate SATURDAY/SUNDAY rosters with weekends off monthly when achievable


Early starts, weekend work and peak production workloads will be required.


A competitive salary between $70,000 and $80,000 plus bonuses and superannuation will be offered.
