The Talent Solutions Representative is an inside sales role and works closely with our sales team to promote services and offerings across the AgCareers.com & Foodgrads.com platforms.
This position is fully remote.
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Talent Solutions team members are responsible for business development. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong qualifying skills and will have proven experience managing clients. You will serve clients through phone sales strategies, consultative solution selling, problem solving skills and customer service.
This position supports job package renewal sales, but also includes developing and executing special call campaigns designed to engage a key target group. Establishing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting additional service offerings is essential.
