The Talent Solutions Specialist is responsible for creating new relationships with potential clients by making phone calls, selling a service that meets their needs, maintaining relationships, and cross-selling whenever possible.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Talent Solutions team members are responsible for business development.  Successful candidates will demonstrate strong qualifying skills and will have proven experience managing clients.  You will serve clients through phone sales strategies, consultative solution selling, problem solving skills and customer service. 

This position supports job package renewal sales, but also includes developing and executing special call campaigns designed to engage a key target group.  Establishing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting additional service offerings is essential.  This role is primarily an inside sales position, however, there is opportunity to travel 5-10% to visit clients and represent our brands at career fairs and industry trade shows.

  • Confidence to lead the conversation and ask for the sale through phone and direct email
  • Passion to educate and provide insightful customer service
  • Ability to build and develop your network of connections through phone, email, and social media
  • Efficiency in delivering site walk-throughs and asking questions to qualify potential customers
  • You are confident, a quick thinker, and are not easily intimidated
  • Strategy to effectively drive renewal churn for job posting packages

 

We are looking for:

  • Team player attitude, self-starting with the ability to show that you are ambitious for growth and results.
  • Technical knowledge, and the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
  • Professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail in work as well as being able to multi-task on various aspects of the role at one time while being collaborative with the team
  • Background in customer service or web sales would be an asset.
  • Agriculture/Food background or knowledge will be an asset but not required.
  • Experience and interaction with individuals with diverse backgrounds and cultures is desired.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
