About the role

Add value to Australia’s world leading livestock industries and be on the cutting edge of Agricultural Technology while provide technical support for the companies Animal Health monitoring products, including but not limited to: animal monitoring, milking intelligence, EID readers, and other electronic & software-based products and support applications.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Technical Manager you will work directly with and support the internal team, farmers, and distributors nationwide
• Review site survey and system design, prepare products and applications for installation on farm-firmware, software, localisation of global product solutions to meet specific Australian use 

Education / Experience / Skills 

• Experience in animal production, telecommunication and/or manufacturing monitoring systems preferred
• Understanding of agricultural industries, dairy and beef production desirable
• Experience with programming, coding, networking, software and App development desirable
• Drive to succeed with a passion for customers and delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Demonstrated collaborative skills, and the ability to work remotely and within a cross functional team environment
