TERRITORY MANAGER

Montana/North-South Dakota/Northern Minnesota

 

Honey Bee Manufacturing Ltd., a Canadian agriculture equipment manufacturer, has an opening for a Territory Manager to manage the states of Montana, North-South Dakota and northern Minnesota. The Territory Manager will participate as a member of the Sales/Service team, and is responsible for promoting, selling and managing Honey Bee's current product lines in their assigned territory.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new dealer opportunities.
  • Manage service related issues arising from current and historical dealers.
  • Manage and direct farm implement dealer development in the states of Montana, North-South Dakota and northern Minnesota.
  • Ensure that dealers are informed of current products and promotions.
  • Participate in dealer / customer sales and technical schools.
  • Communicate information from dealers to the appropriate personnel and management groups.
  • Maintain high level of product and technical knowledge.

 

Skills Required:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Established sales background.
  • Agrarian background would be an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude coupled with an innate troubleshooting ability.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently.
