TERRITORY SALES MANAGER Outside Sales
 

.ACI Distributors is a leading importer and distributor of agricultural equipment (hay & tillage), covering the Midwest and Gulf Coast. Headquarters are in St. Charles, MO. We currently distribute products for 35 manufacturers based in U.S. and Europe and have an active dealer base of approximately 1,000 companies.  We are recognized for a commitment to providing quality product and service to our continually growing number of business partners.
 

Searching for sales professional to travel and manage a territory including southwest Missouri, eastern Kansas, and western Arkansas. Candidate must be strategically located to cover territory.
 

The successful candidate will have solid sales experience and the competitive drive to make the most of a successful territory. The customers are dealerships and their end users - the agriculture community. Searching for a background that includes farming and mechanical equipment. Must have consultative sales skills and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.  Management refers to all sales efforts within territory - there is no management of staff. 
 

Requirements:

• Sales experience with ability to meet the travel needs of the territory
• Strong skills in building relationships and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
• Ability to promote products through creative, persistent, proactive effort
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to customer service excellence
• Experience and/or education in agriculture
• Interest in, and aptitude for, mechanical equipment
• Proficient in utilizing computer technology
• Degree in related field preferred.
